    The coaching, yoga, and mindfulness are led by Dr. Jessie Mahoney, a master-certified coach, certified yoga and mindfulness instructor, physician wellness expert, and board-certified pediatrician.

    Creative, inspired, nourishing vegetarian meals are made by Jessie’s husband, an exceptional private chef whose culinary craftsmanship is infused with healing with love.

    These retreats are a week of true diastole, with opportunities to breathe deeply and heal your frazzled and overworked nervous system. Shift your perspective and leave inspired and changed.

    They are each 4 or 5 nights and are currently limited to 7 women in healthcare.
