Which retreat is best for you?
Nicasio Creek Farm offers a high-end intimate immersion experience amidst the unparalleled natural beauty of West Marin just north of San Francisco. Retreats at Nicasio Creek Farm are a luxurious coaching, yoga, and farm-to-table offering that is open to all. They can also be tailored specifically to individuals or groups as a one-day or multi-night experience.
Sagrada is a lovely retreat center in the Central California coastal wine country. These retreats are focused on complete nourishment and rejuvenation of body, mind, and spirit. They are for small groups of women who want to enjoy a magical journey of relaxation, and grounding in community. You will leave walking through the world with more hope, lightness, presence, and purpose. The location, beds, pillows, linens, and food, prepared by a private chef, allow attendees to experience true diastole, breathe deeply, and heal their frazzled nervous systems. Transformation happens through an abundance of coaching, yoga, nature, culinary experiences, and downtime. Each retreat is 4 nights and open 7 women in healthcare.
Green Gulch Farm is a zen experience. These retreats offer a weekend cornucopia of experiential mindfulness, mindful and restorative yoga, forest bathing, and an intro to mindful mindset coaching. They happen amidst the redwood and eucalyptus trees of Northern California and involve play, exploration, curiosity, and being in, and at one with nature. It is co-led with Dr. Ni-Cheng Liang, is limited to 22 participants, and is coed. Non-medical significant others and friends are welcome to attend as participants. Lodging and dinners are on your own in nearby inns and restaurants.
Pie Ranch is a day away “in community. “ It offers a chance to pause, be present, and reflect in a spectacular rustic coastal setting. It includes reflective writing, experiential mindfulness, mindful yoga, and an introduction to coaching. It features an incredible farm-to-table vegetarian lunch prepared and enjoyed in nature. These retreats are limited to 22 participants, are coed, and are open to non-medical friends and beloveds.
