Please plan to arrive at the retreat center around 4 pm.

On the first evening of the retreat, we will enjoy our first meal together, have an intro to the week, and an intro to coaching.

We usually enjoy a 15-minute easy hike each way to enjoy the sunset and meditate together in the golden light.

We end the evening with pre-bed restorative yoga and tea. We usually start at about 5 and end at about 9.
Each day we enjoy coffee, tea, quiet journaling, walking, and/or solo reflective time to start the day.
Coaching or yoga starts at 8:45. Followed by "brunch."
We have daily group coaching (timing varies) and abundant downtime.
We practice restorative yoga or yin and/or meditate in the golden hour every afternoon/evening. On the last day, we end at 10 am.

I highly recommend planning a trip to the ocean before or after the retreat. Montagne de Oro and Point Buchon Trail are beautiful ocean options. Highway 46, and Shell Creek Road in wildflower season are also on my list of amazing things to do.

There is also usually an opportunity to add on an optional energy healing session or a massage during your retreat week (at an additional cost.) There is no need to sign up in advance for this.

Practicing yoga with me before the retreat on Zoom or YouTube also adds to the retreat experience immensely.

“The Pause and Presence retreat at Sagrada allowed me to reconnect with what is important to me. I left with a plan of action that I am confident will allow me to better serve my patients, the medical system, and myself.

Thank you, Jessie, for a wonderful experience!”
