Creating Beauty

One of my intentions is to “create” more beauty

My husband creates more beauty by “doctoring up” photos of nature in everyday life.

I am deliberately working on creating beauty by working on my mind and “doctoring up” my thinking.

“The things you appreciate will appreciate.”

Feeding my brain positive thoughts.
Reaching out to others and connecting.
Loving myself and others.
Sharing and being vulnerable.
Being open.
Noticing.

Choosing specific thoughts and words about my circumstances that make me feel better.

Seeing possibilities.
Dreaming.
Allowing.

None of these is easy as altering photos.

The pause is where the magic resides.

Instead of unconsciously reacting, use the pause to deliberately decide to create beauty. That is how the technicolor of life happens.

Slow down.

Hit pause and see what happens.

About me. Retreats.
