and inspiration that Jessie shared with me. I have found peace that I never imagined
would be possible in this world. It was a reach for me to be able to participate
in coaching but it was worth every penny. “

Coaching FAQ’s
-
1:1, group coaching, and retreats are all transformative and lead to meaningful change. It’s not about which is better; it’s about where you feel called to start. If you’re unsure, trust your intuition. Choose what sounds more fun and what feels aligned with your needs, your season of life, and your resources right now. Don’t overcomplicate it.
If you want to do 1:1 coaching or feel stuck, set up a consult to chat with me.

I am an experienced and highly-trained coach. Coaching is not my side gig. It's my primary, more-than-full-time job. I take my craft seriously and have invested significantly more money in coach training than I did in medical training—to be fair, I went to UCSF back in the 90’s when it was still fairly inexpensive.
In addition to my three coaching certifications, I bring my Ivy League psychology degree, my UCSF medical degree, and yoga and mindfulness training to all of my coaching. A sophisticated understanding of neuroscience, physiology, and psychology is critical for achieving transformation and sustainable results in coaching.
I bring deep wisdom and lived experience to my coaching. I spent 22 years as a pediatrician working with parents and the complexities of families in both hospitals and clinics. I spent 18 years as a physician leader with one of the largest medical organizations in the country. I have been a physician wellness leader since 2002. I was an operational leader my entire career. I have also been an educator, and I am a mom of three young adults, a mother-in-law, and a new grandma of three! and the daughter of aging parents. I have also successfully navigated a neurodiverse marriage for 31 years.
When you sign up to coach with me, you get me and only me.
I don't subcontract out my clients to other coaches.
I don't rely on pre-recorded lectures.
I don't have a "team."
I answer your emails myself.
I am not trying to maximize my personal profit at your expense.
I know your time is valuable. I want you to get what you need efficiently, and I want those changes to last.
My coaching groups are always small, intimate, nurturing experiences - on purpose.
I don't limit my coaching to any specific niche. My "niche" is you.
-
The more unsettled and overwhelmed you are, the more you need coaching and mindfulness tools right now. There will be many opportunities to practice your coaching. I waited and waited to start my own coaching journey and sat too long in indecision. I wish I hadn't.
