How Were You Successful Today?

We spend a lot of time noticing what we haven’t done.

Notice instead what you accomplished.

How are you doing a great job?

Let yourself be a success and sit with that.

Rather than noticing what’s missing and what wasn’t done, practice feeling successful and accomplished for a few days and see what happens.

Your brain will likely worry about what might not get done.

You might be surprised at how much does.
