The Most Effective Productivity and Time Management Tools Are NOT What You Think

Most of us do not need a new system to be more productive and efficient.

Most of us need to incorporate rest and recovery, mindfulness and noticing, self-compassion, and kindness.

These are the most effective, impactful, and under-utilized time management and productivity tools I know of.

They take practice, intention, discipline, and almost always support and guidance to make them your default programming.

The most beautiful thing- rest and recovery, mindfulness, self-compassion, and kindness don’t take willpower.

Once you figure them out, grow them, and practice them they become an integral non-negotiable part of you.

Start growing them and practicing them today and your life will feel so much better and more will get done.
