Physician Coaching FAQs

Are you ever too old—or too early in your career—for coaching?

Coaching isn’t about your age or career stage.

It’s about a desire to change, grow, and feel more aligned.

Should you do 1:1 coaching or a small group?

It’s a personal decision.

For most people, a blend of the two is the secret sauce.

What you should do first depends on your life circumstances and timing.

If you’re unsure what’s best for you, reach out.

What is the least expensive way to coach with me?

Join a small group.

Deeper Connections (advanced coaching for those who have worked with me before) is the most affordable option.

All other small group programs are priced the same.

One-on-one coaching is most cost-effective when combined with a small group.

If you have been on a retreat and would like 1:1 coaching, can you sign up directly on my website?

No.

I always check in personally with people who want to sign up for one-on-one coaching, so there isn’t a “click-to-buy” button.

If you have been on a retreat or worked with me before, email me and I will set you up—no consult needed.

Can you organize a last-minute team retreat in Nicasio?

Yes.

Flexibility is a significant benefit of my current setup—especially for a one-day retreat.

Is there a minimum size for a team retreat?

No.

I’ve worked with groups as small as four.

There is a minimum cost, so if your group is small, the price per person is higher.

You can earn CME and use education funds to make it work for any group size.
