Bold &Brave

We’re surrounded by pressure to do and become.

The real work — the work that liberates us — is remembering who we already are—and having the courage to live from that place.

Bold is outer courage — what the world sees — the steps you take, the choices you make, the moments when you speak up and show up.

Brave is the inner courage that makes this possible.

Both require self-awareness.

It is brave to tell the truth to yourself and out loud.

Being bold means acting on that truth. Trusting your instinct, even when others might not understand.

Where are you being asked to be bold? Brave?

What would it look like to live as the most honest version of yourself?

Let this be a year of courageous alignment — bold in action and brave in spirit.
