Relationships are beautiful and often also messy.

Those we love don't always do things as we think they “should.”

Just like we don't do things the way they think we should.

“Where can we find light in the never ending shade?”

In the pause

and by being present.

I had a beautiful magnolia tree in my front yard as a child.

Appreciating when they bloom every year- is a tradition for me.

Growth and transformation isn’t linear.

Getting out of the cocoon is tough.

“The head doesn’t hear until the heart has listened”

Take time to listen with your heart.

Another yoga thing… AND, as usual, it applies to life off your mat.

Grounded was another of my words for 2021.

I have been intentionally grounding the last two weeks.

We get to choose how we want to show up for this moment in time.
