Choose to Grow Love

If you want a garden, become a gardener.

If you want flowers, plant the seeds.

If you want love, you must plant the seeds for that too.

And water them, and tend them.

Unlike fairytales suggest, love doesn’t just happen.

Love requires tending and attention and intention.

When we show up loving, we grow love.

When we show up frustrated, we grow frustration.

Where would you like to choose to grow more love in your life?

Where would you like to lead with your heart front and center?

How might your life shift if instead of waiting to feel more love you chose to grow more love?

*thanks to a Sgarda retreat attendee who shared that this was the epiphany that she most wanted to bring home after her retreat experience a few weeks ago.
