Virtual Coaching Details
The virtual coaching curriculum offers a series of vulnerable, engaging, and interactive sessions. You’ll learn alongside approximately 11 of your colleagues in a confidential and supportive space where you can reflect, laugh, be human, and connect around the shared experience of practicing medicine today.
Each session will blend evidence-based tools with clinicians' lived experience, integrating neuroscience, physiology, mindfulness, coaching, and compassionate discussion. The focus is on practical strategies you can use immediately in the clinic and at home.

“It will give you the words to explain what you’ve been feeling, allow connection with others who have been struggling with the same mindsets, and learn useful tools to change your mindset.”
